Data deletion instructions
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
This page explains how to remove the data SkySuite stores for SkySuite Social, the feature that lets you post videos you create in SkySuite to a YouTube channel or a Facebook Page you connect. It applies to data created by connecting those accounts — not to your general SkySuite account, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.
1. Disconnect in SkySuite (immediate)
The fastest way to remove a connection is inside the app:
- Open Office › Marketing › Social videos.
- Click the Connections tab.
- Next to the YouTube or Facebook account you want to remove, click Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting asks that platform to revoke SkySuite's access, then deletes SkySuite's record of the connection, including the access and refresh tokens and, for Facebook, the names and IDs of your Pages and the name on your Facebook login. This happens right away — you do not need to wait or contact anyone. (If the platform cannot be reached at that moment, SkySuite still deletes its copy; you can also remove SkySuite's access in your Google or Facebook account settings.)
2. Request full deletion by email
To also remove the history of what SkySuite posted on your behalf and the feature videos SkySuite rendered for you, email [email protected] from the email address on your SkySuite account and ask us to delete your SkySuite Social data. Tell us which platform (YouTube and/or Facebook) if you only want one removed.
We will complete verifiable requests within 30 days (or 45 days if we need an extension, with notice to you) — the same commitment we make for every privacy request in our Privacy Policy.
3. What gets deleted
- The encrypted access and refresh tokens SkySuite stored for the connected account.
- The connected account's identifying information stored by SkySuite: for Facebook, the names and IDs of the Pages you shared and the name on your Facebook login. For YouTube, SkySuite stores no email address or channel name (a YouTube connection made before October 16, 2026 may still hold the connected Google account's email until it is disconnected or deleted).
- SkySuite's record of what it posted on your behalf through that connection (post history, captions, and status).
- The feature videos SkySuite rendered for you through SkySuite Social.
4. What does not get deleted
Videos already posted to YouTube or Facebook live on those platforms, not on SkySuite's servers, so SkySuite cannot remove them for you. To take down a video you already posted, delete it directly on the platform: in YouTube Studio, or in your Facebook Page's Reels tab on Facebook or Meta Business Suite.
A deletion request under this page removes the rendered feature video(s) along with the connection data above — whether or not that video was ever posted to a platform.
5. Questions
Email [email protected] with any question about this page or your data.
