About SkySuite

Built by pilots. For pilots.

SkySuite is made by a working Part 107 pilot and Vista UAV, a veteran-owned Texas drone company that uses the platform on paid jobs.

Who we are

A working Part 107 pilot

SkySuite is shaped by someone who quotes, flies, processes and bills drone jobs. The order things happen in on a real job is the order they happen in SkySuite.

Vista UAV

A veteran-owned Texas drone company and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Vista UAV flies paid customer work on SkySuite every week.

Built by pilots, for pilots

Drone operators don't sit at desks. They're on roofs, in fields and on jobsites. Yet the tools they're handed are built for office workers: stitched-together CRMs, invoicing in spreadsheets, deliverables emailed as zip files.

So we started by asking what a one-person drone operation needs to run itself, then asked what a 100-pilot service company needs to run smoothly. Same platform. Configurable per industry. Field-first.

Because Vista UAV flies paid customer work on the same software it sells, when something in the workflow is wrong, we find out on a jobsite, not in a support ticket.

The team behind the code

We've been writing software since 2002: a telecommunications company in San Diego, a programming company and its team in Guatemala, two Silicon Valley startups and a company whose software won major contracts. Today we also run our own AI engineering systems, built in-house, alongside that experience.

Need a crew rather than software? Vista UAV flies the work itself, with its own pilots: construction mapping and RTK surveying, infrastructure inspection, and disaster assessment. See what it offers in its service catalog.
