We will never raise the price of an active subscription mid-term. If a price ever changes, it changes at your renewal, in front of you — never inside a term you already paid for.

Cancel whenever you want — monthly plans run to the end of the period, annual plans pro-rate. Your contacts export to CSV, and your maps, models, reports and invoices download as ordinary files you keep.

Is there a Free plan?
Yes, and it does not run out. Free keeps a solo pilot set up for good: sign in, plan missions, keep your client list and your work, and send clients deliveries with SkySuite branding. What are credits?
One wallet. Credits pay for AI features and for map processing alike — a single balance, drawn from your plan's monthly allowance first and then from credits you've purchased. Purchased credits never expire; the monthly allowance resets each month and doesn't roll over.
Does the free plan include monthly credits?
The free plan is a free subscription — not a free credit draw. The recurring monthly allowance comes with a paid subscription, so free, trial, and complimentary accounts don't draw monthly credits. A new free account gets a one-time grant of 25 starter credits to try the AI features, and after that you buy credits as you need them.
What does Pro include?
Everything in Free with the limits taken off: unlimited projects and contacts, 250 credits a month, and 50 GB of storage — the complete toolkit for a one-person shop, at one flat price. Pro is one login, built for the solo operator.
Do plan credits stack?
No. Each plan has its own monthly allowance: Pro includes 250 credits, Business includes 1,000. Business replaces Pro's allowance — it is 1,000, not 250 plus 1,000. "Everything in Pro" means the features carry up to Business; the credit allowance is the plan's own number.
Do I need Business to run a crew?
No. Field crews — assigning pilots and crew to a job and running it together in the field — are free on every plan. Team seats are different: they are separate logins for your company, each with its own role, and that is what Business is for. Business includes 10 team seats; additional seats are $25 per seat per month, or $250 per seat per year — and you add them yourself, anytime, from your Team page, no sales call.
How does map processing get billed?
Flying, planning and jobs are never metered on any plan. Map processing and AI features draw from your credit wallet — your monthly allowance first, then credits you've bought — so you only pay for the compute you actually use.
What does a map cost?
A 40-acre site, about 400 photos, processed into a map at Standard quality: 192 credits = $4.80 at the 200-credit top-up price (200 credits for $5.00). The photo count depends on how you fly the site, so your map may cost more or less.
Do you charge per flight?
No. Flights, missions and jobs are never metered. Credits pay for AI features and map processing, plus storage beyond your plan's included space (4 credits per GB per month, with notice before any charge).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of period; annual plans pro-rate refunds.
