Built by pilots.
For pilots.

Quote it, plan it, fly it, map it, deliver it, bill it — one record, one login. Made by a working Part 107 pilot and a veteran-owned drone company that flies paid jobs on it every week. Free 14-day trial, no card required.

What is actually wired up today

DJI waylines

Missions export as DJI WPML/KMZ built to the published spec, so the route flies off the card.

KML / KMZ in

Bring a boundary from anything that speaks KML, or draw it on the map here.

Stripe · PayPal · Square

Connect your payment gateway; clients pay invoices through Stripe, PayPal or Square.

Any airframe

Aircraft, controllers, batteries and payloads logged per airframe, whoever built them.

How a job runs

One record.
Six stages of the job.

Most drone software owns one stage and hands you a spreadsheet for the rest. SkySuite carries the same job from the first phone call to the money landing.

01 Plan

Draw the site. Get a flight plan.

SkySuite flight planner: a site boundary drawn over satellite imagery with its generated lawn-mower route, and the ortho GSD (2.00 cm/px) and altitude (246 ft) computed for the aircraft.

Search an address, draw the polygon or drop a KML, and the planner builds the route.

  • Ortho and oblique collection routes from one boundary
  • GSD, altitude, speed, course angle and gimbal pitch, all yours to set
  • Export the wayline as DJI WPML/KMZ and fly it off the card
  • A Part 107 pre-flight checklist attached to every mission
02 Fly

Know the sky before you launch.

SkySuite hourly forecast for a site: each hour marked NIGHT or NO-FLY with the limiting dew-point (fog) risk flagged, plus wind, gusts, temperature and chance of precipitation.

Weather and airspace in one go / no-go read, so you stop driving out to a day you cannot fly.

  • Every hour scored GO, CAUTION or NO-GO — with the limiting factor named
  • Live FAA airspace classes, special use and TFRs on the map
  • LAANC eligibility checked against the FAA UASFM grid before you drive
  • Aircraft, controllers, batteries and payloads tracked per airframe
03 Process

Photos in. Survey products out.

A SkySuite survey project after processing: every job step done, the seven processing stages checked off, and Open Map Workspace, guided GCP setup and processing options.

Upload your photos, review the processing settings and start cloud photogrammetry on SkyODM, our own mapping engine.

  • Orthomosaic, DSM, DTM, classified point cloud, contours and a textured 3D mesh
  • GCP AI-assist — it tells you which photos hold each target instead of you scrubbing 1,200
  • ArUco and checkerboard targets detected automatically; RTK/PPK and NGS control supported
  • Measure distance, area and volume; export DXF
04 Deliver

Send a link, not a 40 GB folder.

The client delivery portal for a baseline survey package: shared files, an interactive map and invoices, a teammate invite and project comments.

Clients open a shared portal, review the files and maps, and leave project comments.

  • Share links your client opens without making an account
  • Orthos on the map, point clouds and 360s straight in the browser
  • Project comments and client requests
  • Portal branding follows your plan and settings
05 Get Paid

Quote it, sign it, bill it, book it.

A SkySuite invoice with line items, tax and total, status Sent, and Record Payment and Send Payment Link actions.

The same record that flew the job raises the invoice, and the books are already half done.

  • Leads, deals and pipelines, then a quote the client accepts in one click
  • Contracts signed in the browser on a single-use link
  • Invoices with payment links through Stripe, PayPal or Square
  • Expenses, receipts, mileage and contractor tax records
  • Google Calendar event sync, Outlook event imports, and iCal/ICS subscriptions
06 Community

You are not flying this alone.

The Flight Path rank card: current rank Recruit, time in service and in grade, and progress toward the next rank, Cadet.

Every pilot on SkySuite earns a rank by real use — and can see who else is out there.

  • The Flight Path — ten ranks earned through real use, not by paying
  • A live leaderboard, member profiles and a member directory
  • A tutorial library built into the app — watch how it is done, or record your own
  • Channel chat, plus Sky — an assistant that answers right in the thread
  • Invite a pilot you rate and get credit when they fly
The Flight Path

Rank you earn.
Not a badge you buy.

Every pilot on SkySuite climbs ten ranks by actually using the thing — planning, flying, delivering, helping other pilots. The board below is live.

Leading right now live
  1. 1 @birdseyebuffalo Squadron Leader
  2. 2 @jystmik3 Squadron Leader
  3. 3 @SkeyeShot Captain
  4. 4 @Arclight_Skyworks Captain
  5. 5 @StoneHome Captain
Ranks come from real activity — there is no way to pay your way up.
Imagine a platform that has the potential to supplement or replace your weather apps, live air traffic maps, flight planner, logistics and resource planner, quote creator, client leads and manager, and accounting tools. … John and his team turn around bug reports and feature requests really quick. Needless to say I’m invested.

What comes with the community

  • Ten ranks — from Recruit up, earned on real use and time in the seat.
  • Member profiles — your handle, your rank, your flight record, in the member directory.
  • Channel chat — talk to other pilots, and to Sky, the assistant that answers right in the thread.
  • Referrals — invite a pilot you rate, get credit when they fly.

Beyond the browser tab

SkySuite goes
where you do.

The web app is the workshop. These are the built things around it — a browser tool that files your FAA paperwork faster, a podcast made with the pilots who use SkySuite, and an app that lives on your phone.

SkySuite FAA Autofill

Fill the FAA DroneZone airspace-authorization form straight from the mission you already planned — location, coordinates in the form's degrees-minutes-seconds, altitude, operating radius, nearest airport and airspace class. You review every value and file it yourself; it never submits, and it never touches your FAA login.

The SkySuite Podcast

Made with the pilots who use it

Working operators on the actual business of flying — planning, capture, mapping, processing, delivery and getting paid. Honest field talk from the community sessions: why accuracy beats a pretty render, and why judgment stays with the pilot in command.

On your phone

Take it to the field

SkySuite runs in your phone's browser and installs to the home screen in a tap — no app store, the same login, a layout built for a phone in one hand on a job site. Open it from the field to check a mission, log a flight or send a client their link.

SkySuite in a phone browser: the Missions schedule with a date strip and a mapped site for the selected day.
