Help & Guides / Office / Equipment and Fleet: Your Gear in One Place
Equipment is where your whole kit lives — drones, batteries, controllers, cameras, and more — with maintenance logs, a parts inventory, field checklists, and gear rentals all hanging off the same list.
Equipment is the home for everything you fly and carry. Find it at Office › Equipment › Equipment · /office/equipment (the page is headed “Equipment Fleet”). Every drone, battery, controller, camera, sensor, GCP kit, and vehicle lives on one list, and the maintenance log, spare-parts inventory, checklists, flight log, and rentals all build on it.
If you’ve bound a DJI controller, “Sync from controller” at the top of the page pulls your aircraft and batteries in for you. Controllers and payloads are just equipment — you add and manage them here on the one Equipment list rather than on separate pages.
Office › Equipment › Checklists · /office/equipment/checklists lets you build repeatable checklists — pre-flight, post-flight, maintenance, battery, crew briefing, and more — with “+ New Checklist”, or click “Browse library” to adopt a ready-made one. “▶ Run in field” walks the list live and tracks what’s checked off.
Office › Equipment › Flight Log · /office/equipment/flight-log lists your logged flights.
Office › Equipment › Rentals · /office/equipment/rentals opens the “Equipment Marketplace”, where you can book gear from other pilots or click “+ List Equipment” to rent out your own. “My Rentals” keeps your listings, incoming requests, and your own bookings in one place.
Where did the Controllers and Payloads pages go? They’re folded into the one Equipment list. A controller is equipment and so is a payload, so both are added and managed under Office › Equipment › Equipment — no separate pages to hunt for.
Do I have to type in every spec by hand? No. Enter the make and model with “Auto-fill with AI” on to fill in the specs, or click “Sync from controller” to pull aircraft and batteries straight off a bound DJI controller.
How do I keep on top of servicing? On the Equipment page, open the “Maintenance” tab, click “+ Log Service”, and set “Next Service Due” so nothing slips.
