Veteran-owned. Used on paid jobs every week.

Built by pilots. For pilots.

Your quote, flight plan, map, client delivery and invoice live on one record, with one login. No typing the client into five apps, no emailing giant files, no wondering who has paid. Made by a working Part 107 pilot and a veteran-owned drone company that flies paid jobs on it every week.

Free never runs out. No card required. Want more? Try Pro free for 14 days, or 30 days with a card.

Every job on one page

From planning the flight to delivering the map, each step of a real project is tracked along the top of one page.

A real project page from the demo account: the eight steps along the top, the map delivered and ready to open.

The jobs you already do, with the busywork handled.

You already plan, fly, process and deliver. SkySuite does the copying, converting and chasing in between, and keeps the whole job on one record from the first call to the paid invoice.

The mapping engine inside SkySuite

SkyPLX-9: nine stages, one upload.

Turning a card of drone photos into a map shouldn't mean waiting days, juggling desktop programs, or paying for a processing license for every seat. SkyPLX-9 is SkySuite's own map-processing engine, and it runs every stage for you.

  1. Upload onceAdd your flight's photos to the project. Nothing to install, and nothing left running at your desk.
  2. SkySuite processes it in the cloudSkyPLX-9 runs on our servers, not your laptop. Close the tab and come back to finished maps.
  3. Ready to deliverThe orthomosaic, elevation model, point cloud and 3D model land in the project, ready to send to your client.

Why SkySuite named it SkyPLX-9

It's named for parallax, the way a point shifts between two overlapping photos, which is how SkySuite measures depth from the air. The 9 is for the nine stages between your photos and your deliverables:

  1. Read the photos
  2. Find features
  3. Match them across photos
  4. Solve every camera's position
  5. Build the dense point cloud
  6. Build the 3D mesh
  7. Texture it
  8. Make the elevation model
  9. Make the orthomosaic

The questions pilots ask us

Each answer names the place in SkySuite that does it, so you can go straight there once you sign up.

How do I stop juggling six apps for one job?

Keep the whole job on one record. The project you quote is the project you plan, fly, map, deliver and invoice, so nothing gets typed twice.

  • Office Home opens on what's active, what's processing, what needs you and today's field schedule.Office › Work › Home

  • Money stays with the job: quotes, estimates, invoices and expenses.Office › Money
  • One calendar, synced with Google Calendar.Office › Work › Office › Calendar

Can I fly there, and is it a flying day?

Find out before you drive. You get one plain answer on the airspace and an hour-by-hour forecast scored for flying.

  • Airspace check answers GO, AUTHORIZATION NEEDED, NO-GO or CAN'T CONFIRM, gives the reasons, and keeps a dated PDF record.Field › Missions › a mission

How do I turn a card full of photos into something a client pays for?

Upload the photos and SkyPLX-9, our mapping engine, processes them on our servers. You can close the tab and come back to finished maps.

  • Survey products: orthomosaic, DSM, DTM, classified point cloud, contours, textured 3D mesh and Photorealistic 3D.a map

Can I trust the measurements?

Trust what you can check. SkySuite helps you set ground control and holds back checkpoints, so the accuracy in your report is measured, not assumed.

  • Guided GCP setup places each point on your photos from your drone's RTK data, picks checkpoints and recommends a height reference.a map › 6 Ground control
  • RTK, PPK and NGS control; ArUco and checkerboard targets are found for you.a map › 6 Ground control

  • Bare earth and clean-up: contours that run under buildings, and stray points removed without touching your original cloud.a map › Point Cloud

Pixel size is not accuracy. A 2 cm/px map is sharp; how close it sits to the ground depends on your control.

How do I deliver maps my client can open?

Send a link, not a 40 GB folder. Your client opens the map, the 3D model and the files in a browser, with no account to create.

Who answers the phone while I'm flying?

Sky, the AI Receptionist. She picks up, answers questions about your business, takes the caller's details and logs every call.

  • A business number: search by area code, city, a word like DRONE, or toll-free. You can also forward the number you already have.Office › Work › Office › AI Receptionist

The Flight Path

Rank you earn.
Not a badge you buy.

Every pilot on SkySuite climbs ten ranks by actually using the thing — planning, flying, delivering, helping other pilots. The board below is live.

Leading right now live
  1. 1 @birdseyebuffalo Squadron Leader
  2. 2 @jystmik3 Squadron Leader
  3. 3 @SkeyeShot Captain
  4. 4 @Arclight_Skyworks Captain
  5. 5 @StoneHome Captain
Ranks come from real activity — there is no way to pay your way up.
Imagine a platform that has the potential to supplement or replace your weather apps, live air traffic maps, flight planner, logistics and resource planner, quote creator, client leads and manager, and accounting tools. … John and his team turn around bug reports and feature requests really quick. Needless to say I’m invested.

What comes with the community

  • Ten ranks — from Recruit up, earned on real use and time in the seat.
  • Member profiles — your handle, your rank, your flight record, in the member directory.
  • Channel chat — talk to other pilots, and to Sky, the assistant that answers right in the thread.
  • Referrals — invite a pilot you rate, get credit when they fly.

Straight answers

What does it cost?

Start on Free at $0, with no card, and it does not run out. Try Pro free for 14 days, or 30 days with a card. Choose Pro at $49 a month or Business at $149 a month whenever you're ready. Map processing and AI features use credits from one wallet. Your plan's monthly allowance goes first (Pro 250, Business 1,000), then credits you've bought, which never expire. Flights, missions and jobs are never metered.

Before any map is processed, the cost card shows how many credits the run will use.

What happens when a Pro trial ends?

Signing up never asks for a payment card. A 14-day trial with no card ends by itself: your account is back on Free and your work stays yours. With a card, Pro is free for the 30 days, then it renews as paid Pro unless you cancel before the date we show you. Your price is locked while you're subscribed: if a price ever changes, it changes at your renewal, never inside a term you've paid for.

Who owns my data, and can I leave?

Leave any time and take your work with you. Cancel whenever you want: monthly plans run to the end of the period, and annual plans pro-rate. Your contacts export to CSV, and your maps, models, reports and invoices download as ordinary files you keep.

See the Terms. Business customers can request a data processing agreement by contacting us.

How accurate are the maps?

As accurate as your control. With ground control points and checkpoints, Guided GCP setup gives your report a measured accuracy figure. RTK and PPK data and NGS control are supported, and you can download in your NAD83(2011) State Plane zone with NAVD88 heights.

Pixel size is not accuracy: a sharp map isn't automatically a correct one.

Which drones does it work with?

Flight plans export as DJI WPML/KMZ waylines, and site boundaries come in as KML or KMZ. For processing, upload the photos from a flight, including ones you flew before you had SkySuite, or bring finished GeoTIFF maps and LiDAR point clouds (.las/.laz). Equipment tracks any airframe: aircraft, controllers, batteries and payloads, with maintenance and registration reminders.

Can I bring my old maps?

Yes, as files. Upload the photos from past flights and SkyPLX-9 processes them, or bring finished orthomosaics (GeoTIFF) and point clouds (.las/.laz) and deliver them from SkySuite. Your clients come in through the CRM's contact import.

Do I need Business to run a crew?

No. Field crews, meaning pilots and crew assigned to a job and working it together, come with every plan. Team seats are separate company logins with their own roles, and that's what Business is for.

Can I do roof and thermal inspections?

Roof inspection is in early access. It flies the thermal and wide cameras together, pairs each thermal photo with its visual photo and reads the temperatures, then lists likely problems such as wet insulation. A person accepts or rejects every finding before it goes in the report. We switch it on account by account; ask us if you'd like it.

Verified veterans and first responders get Pro or Business for 25% off, for as long as you subscribe.
