Help & Guides / Office / Upload your DJI flight logs
SkySuite can't pull flights from your DJI account: DJI keeps US flight records on the controller or phone. Copy the FlightRecord folder off the device, then open Office › Equipment › Flight Log, click "Upload Flight Logs" and upload the files, the whole folder or a .zip of it.
No. DJI stopped syncing flight records to its cloud for US pilots in 2024, so DJI Fly and DJI Pilot 2 keep them only on the controller or phone, and no app can download them from your DJI account. Copy them off the device and upload them instead. It takes a couple of minutes, and flights you already uploaded are skipped, so you can upload the whole folder every time.
The upload page’s “Where do I find my flight logs?” box has the full list. The usual places:
Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/FlightRecord. On an iPhone or iPad: Files ›
On My iPhone › DJI Fly › FlightRecords, then compress the folder and upload
the .zip.DJI/com.dji.industry.pilot/FlightRecord.DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord on Android. The files are named like DJIFlightRecord_2024-09-01_[14-55-49].txt.
Do the logs count toward my storage? Yes. Raw flight logs are kept and count toward your plan’s storage. If the summary says “not added (storage full)”, see Settings › Account › Billing & Plan.
My drone isn’t a DJI. Can I still upload? Yes, when your flight app can export the flight as a .csv or .kml file: upload that. If a file couldn’t be read, the “Import summary” says so.
